Niatia Jessica Kirkland (né le 4 octobre 1989) plus connue sous le nom de Lil' Mama est une rappeuse américaine qui a signé en 2007 un contrat la liant avec la maison de disque Jive Records.
Lil' Mama vient d'une grande famille d'Harlem et Brooklyn a New York. Elle a participé aux remix des chansons Girlfriend (Avril Lavigne), Umbrella (Rihanna) et Gimme More (Britney Spears). Elle apparait dans le clip "Beautiful Girls" de Sean Kingston. Elle a été nominé aux MTV Video Music Awards pour le clip du tube "Lip Gloss" en 2007, mais l'award a été donné a Rihanna pour sa chanson "Umbrella". Récemment, elle à fait un featuring avec Chris Brown et T-Pain intitulé Shawty get loose, où elle rend hommage à sa mère
